Dianne Ophelia Colson has enjoyed a long and successful career originally as a real estate broker in her early years and thereafter as a litigation attorney, Mediator, Coach, and College Professor. She has now returned to her roots in Real Estate representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors as an advisor and coach or as a Real Estate Broker, licensed in CA, AZ, and NC.
As a result of her broad education and background, Dianne can give Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate Investors a stand-out experience. Accompanied by the exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills developed through the years, Dianne can provide her clients with the right information and service that in turn brings about the right decisions in their individual lives
Dianne grew up in the Real Estate Industry, working in her parent’s real estate office as a teenager. She obtained her California Real Estate Salesman license at age 18 and thereafter her Broker's License at age 21, which was the youngest age allowed for Brokers at the time.
She worked in her family’s real estate office while she continued her college education obtaining a BA degree in Business and Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter she attended law school obtaining her Juris Doctorate Degree, ranking #3 in her Graduating class.
Dianne was an exceptionally successful Family Law/Property Litigation Attorney in Fresno, California. By the time she retired from litigation, she had 5 paralegals in her employ and hundreds of clients.
During her illustrious career, she litigated cases against some of the most famous attorneys, including Marvin Michelson. Dianne had two cases submitted to the United States Supreme Court, both ending successfully for her clients. Although no longer active in the litigation field, Dianne continues to maintain her California License to practice law.
Dianne is admitted to the US District Court, Eastern District of California, and United States Supreme Court. She sat as Judge Pro Temp for the Superior Court throughout her career.
Dianne has also taught College courses in law, holding a Lifetime Teaching Credential, and authored 6 self-help Family Law ebooks.
After 30 years as a litigation attorney, Dianne shifted her practice from Litigation to Mediation and Coaching. Dianne helped people from all over the world, online, through Skype.
After moving to Arizona in 2011, it was time for a change. Loving design, writing, editing, and technology, Dianne entered the field of website design, forming a company with her husband, Scott, Titan Site Designers LLC. Dianne is a designer, copywriter, and editor. Her writing skills and technology background are invaluable in today’s technology-based real estate market
After obtaining her Arizona Broker's License, Dianne joined the prestigious firm of Thomas Popa & Associates enjoying her new/old profession as an Associate Broker, representing Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate Investors in the Gold Canyon and Scottsdale Areas.
But never to stand still, after 12 years in the desert, Dianne and her Husband decided it was time to enjoy the ocean and explore the East Coast. They are now residents of North Carolina. Dianne immediately obtained her broker's license in North Carolina. She still has an active California Attorney's License, along with a California, Arizona, and North Carolina Broker's License.
Dianne has now turned her attention to that of an advisor and coach for anyone going through the real estate process, whether as a buyer, seller, or investor, throughout the United States. She maintains a regular YouTube Channel, "Real Estate with DOC," sharing her vast knowledge while advising on current real estate trends.

PERSONAL Dianne resides in the beachside community of Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina with her husband, Scott. Dianne and Scott have been married for over 35 years and enjoy a beautiful, full life. Dianne and her husband enjoy golf, riding bicycles, and taking long walks in the beautiful North Carolina Pines. They also enjoy dining, live entertainment, and opera.
